About Us
“Shashawat Farming Foundation” is a Social Organization promoted by like-minded individuals working in agriculture and social sector. The said organization has been registered on 23 September 2019 under section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013. The head office, training center and experimental area of this organization is located at Kandali, Taluka Junnar, District Pune, Pin 412412 (85 KM from Pune).
The aim of the organization is to bring the technology of sustainable agriculture to more people and accordingly develop entrepreneurship at the rural level. In line with this, the 10 drum theory technique developed by Mr. Mangesh Bhaskar, the chief promoter of the institute, through his long experimental experience of 25 years, is in progress to reach more and more farmers. Along with this, a team of highly educated and experienced promoters of the organization is involved in this social work.

- 10-Drum Theory Training for Sustainable Farming: Training on soil fertility improvement using soil drums and plant immunity enhancement through spray drums.
- Promotion of Biogas Fertilizer Plants: Encouraging the reuse of organic waste for organic fertilizer and clean energy production.
- Promotion of Solar Energy in Agriculture: Encouraging the use of solar technology to reduce farming costs.
- Training on Dairy Business as an Additional Livelihood: Guidance on establishing dairy farming alongside agriculture to ensure economic stability.
